Are you able to deliver goods to an overseas destination?
Yes! We can deliver to most areas of the world, and in particular can offer good rates to Europe. However this site is not yet programmed to calculate delivery costs for overseas destinations (other than Northern Ireland and UK Offshore Isles). Please call us on 01780 482231 or email us and we will be glad to provide a quotation.
I have a credit account with you - can I use this online?
We are currently working on this and you should be able to shortly. If you would like us to notify you when this facility is available, please drop us an email on 'Contact Us' and we will be glad to let you know.
I will probably be out when you try to deliver. Can my parcel be left somewhere?
Yes. When you fill in 'order details' there is provision for you to enter any delivery instructions, for example 'Please leave with neighbour' or 'Please leave parcel in porch'. However, please note that if you request goods to be left on your property (for example porch or shed) no signature will be obtained, so this is at your own risk.
I've got a new address/phone number, how do I amend my account details?
Log in with your usual email address and password, and then click 'My Account' in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will bring up your account details and you can amend your address or other details as necessary. We are aware that this screen doesn't give oportunity to enter a delivery address but this will hopefully be in place soon.
Why do I need to log in? Is it necessary?
You can browse the site and view all our products without logging on. However if you would like to place an order, you will need to log on in order to provide us with the information we need to send the order to you. Entering a password means that next time you visit the site, you can log on with your password and your address etc will be remembered, to save you re-entering this every time you buy. Please note, this does NOT include card details - these are not stored or accessible.
