Prices:
All prices exclude VAT.
Damage or partial loss in transit: No claim for loss or damage will be accepted unless notification is given within 24 hours of the goods being signed for.
Returns:
Goods may be returned at risk of and carriage paid by the sender, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Credit for returned goods will only be given when goods and their original packaging are received by us in saleable condition. Goods supplied to special order are non returnable.
Payment:
Our terms are cash/cheque/credit card with order except for approved credit accounts. All goods remain the property of Landmark Trading (Stamford) Ltd until paid for in full.
Suitability of Goods:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that goods ordered are suitable for the intended application.
Indemnity:
No liability can be accepted for consequential loss.

Products are supplied on the understanding that the purchaser has the full knowledge of the equipment they are purchasing. Any information given is for your assistance and is no substitute for correct training by qualified personnel.
